Meta Apparently Prohibits Sensitive Discussions

In the United States, social media is generally suspected of being more liberal on the left. The Meta group on Facebook now wants to fight this. Going forward, Meta Facebook group employees must not engage in discussions about controversial political issues such as abortion, gun control or vaccine efficacy.
Guidelines for “Reasonable Discussions”
This was reported by the American magazine “Fortune”, citing internal instructions from Metta’s director of human resources, Laurie Guler. According to the report, Goler is writing to all employees in an internal forum that the company is introducing new rules dictating what is considered appropriate discussion in the workplace.
This is what Goller wrote to the team:
As (company founder) Mark (Zuckerberg) recently mentioned, we need to make a series of cultural changes that will help us achieve our priorities.
“Internal Community Health”

The downside to this is that you will no longer allow any kind of expression of opinion in the workplace.
We believe this is the right thing for the long-term health of our internal community.
Meta’s leadership has been repeatedly accused of favoring a particular political camp and manipulating Facebook’s newsfeed algorithms accordingly.
Allegations related to Hunter Biden
Republicans in the US House of Representatives accused Facebook of suppressing reports of possible misconduct by Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden.
